Reishi mushrooms in this coffee mix were grown at  Miniata Mushroom Farm, Lambells Lagoon, Northern Territory.  The mushrooms are grown organically on sawdust and soy husks. They are picked fresh then dehydrated to maintain their dynamic antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.  Reishi is known as the ‘mushroom of immortality’, it is a symbol of health and vitality in traditional medicine.
