The magic behind the flavour explosion is the umami flavour
of the oyster mushrooms. A variety of oyster mushrooms are used, blue, tan, white all pleurotus ostreatus and pink,
pleurotus djamor. All grown at Lambells Lagoon, Northern Territory. The jerky is produced and prepared in
